Earlier today Paul Evans and Mark Thompson (the cool guys behind Nicheology) released a new site called Simple Six Figures with a very cool free video...
Their new Simple Six Figures method is taken directly from a model being used right now - in a niche that shouldn't even be making money... but it IS. And it has continued to do so for YEARS. It's revealed in the case study on that video.
The 14 minute video you get when you sign up... well, I'm just going to have to let you see it for yourself. 😉

Best,
I was a little offended by this video. I normally love everything you promote but for some reason this hit a sore spot I don't really want to post here.
Anyway, keep up the good work.
Hey Carl,
I would love to answer your concerns. Or learn what cause the sore spot.
Just contact me at consultingonline.paul@gmail.com
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Paul
Feel free to email me as well, Carl 🙂
interesting appraoch to reduce the time working on a site to increase its profits. I found in many years on the web that many marketers get addicted to analyze too much and not marketing their products or sites. Tools like Google Analytics - as important as they are for a general overview - cost time. I only go into the dahsboard once per day to check if everything was OK yesterday - diggin deeper I only allow me once per week.
Don't know if I got it right, but what i understood from the video is that they reduced the content (because they delivered too much initially) and as a result raised the quality. Also interesting because you can focus more on a few important things that your users really want/need.
Interesting approach. I for one am guilty of over analyzing. I was a little unsure on the method or what increases the quality of content.
This sounds very much like Jimmy D. Brown's "Membernaire" of which I purchased last year. My problem with that program is that I'm not an expert at anything so I couldn't figure out a niche to create a membership site on. I know I could outsource, but I also couldn't figure out what type of info people would be willing to pay for. I really like the idea if I could just figure out how to get started with it.
I wonder if Simple Six Figures solves these problems? Or is it the same as Membernaire?
Christy
Hi Christy,
Any online business venture requires a specific market, and that seems to be a major hurdle for a lot of people looking to get started with internet marketing. In Membernaire, Jimmy gave some great examples and also tutorials on locating good micro-niches.
Interesting video. I find many small niches to be not only more profitable but easier to manage than the typical shotgun approach. The trick is finding the right niche.
Reminds me of "minimum viable product" ideas put forth by Eric Ries. The minimalist approach is gaining traction in many sectors.
Paul MUST be kin to Jimmie D. They sound identical!
The video showed me one thing for sure - I'm not charging enough for my time. Paul gets $1000 an hour. I'm only getting 60% of what he gets. I'm clearly doing something terribly wrong!
Okay, I bought the system and listened to it front to back with an open mind and it really opened my eyes. I have a very raw website and need to get moving on it and this kind of put everything together for me and motivated me to change things. Money well spent. Thanks Lynn and Paul
Excellent - thanks for the feedback, Rob! 😉
Interesting 🙂 I am going to look at the product as I am a mini site lover. Hopefully I will be able to find a profitable niche and make some good money.
Thanks for sharing 🙂
I was really exciting when I read the sales page when I saw he was building Orphanages I even got Paul newsletter. Then i email him twice with one simple question asking to explain what was the deadline about he kept mentioning in his letter. Still waiting on his reply.
his. Sorry i would never buy from someone who don't respond to my email.
One of two things is going on there, Eugene - either your email didn't make it to Paul due to filters (common issues), or it's simply the weekend and Paul will get back to you on Monday. I'm sure he'll reply here and let you know the best way to reach him. Try this address if you haven't already: consultingonline.paul@gmail.com
I have great respect for Paul, both in business and personally. Just a few comments to those w/concerns... From what I know about Paul, your email either did not go through or he simply hasn't gotten to it. Paul does a good amount of philanthropic work, here as well as worldwide, often in remote/dangerous situations. He's one of the most honest guys you'll run across on the net. From what I've experienced he consistently gives more than he gets. I appreciate you introducing Paul to others via this blog. Keep up the good work Lynn!
Hey all,
I'm going to have to agree with Sherie and Lynn about Paul. I just talked to him on an interview yesterday concerning the re-release of Simple Six, and I can definitely say he's a great and honest guy. If he didn't get back to you, it's because of the reasons above.
Also, on Simple Six, it's an awesome course! Really simple too haha. I've spent about 8 months re-structuring my membership site with different models, and when I came across Simple Six the first time, I converted it to that and it's been rocking ever since.
Great stuff, and totally beginner-friendly. And it's by Paul, who builds orphanages. Who else does that??
I'm definitely a fan 🙂
